9 Day Detox
I will commence my 9 Day Aloe Vera based Detox on Saturday 7th November, to hopefully energise & lose the last of the summer blubber.
Each day I will upload my daily video diary filmed from a different beach in Newquay, to report my highs & lows, the exercise I am doing & the food I have eaten & maybe throw in a weather & surf report.
